National telephone services for questions regarding covid-19
Call telephone number 113 13 if you have general questions about covid-19. You are offered to speak through an interpreter if needed. The telephone line is staffed 24 hours a day and is operated on commission by the Swedish government.
Call telephone number 08-123 680 00 if you have general questions about covid-19 and wish to speak directly to those who answer in any of these languages: Amharic, Arabic, Bosnian, Croatian, Dari, English, Persian, Russian, Serbian, Somali, Spanish or Tigrinya. The telephone line is staffed Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. At other times, you can call and leave a message. The staff will return your call as soon as possible. The telephone line is a collaboration between The Public Health Agency of Sweden and the regions of Sweden.
To trace infection and reduce the spread of infection, the Public Health Agency is encouraging everyone with symptoms to get tested for an ongoing infection, a so-called PCR test. The regions are responsible for conducting the PCR tests.
